Reliable Machinery Continuous carbonization furnace adopts indirect heating high-temperature dry distillation carbonization technology with a large rotary drum structure, The preheating method is LPG or natural gas. After the furnace temperature reaches above 500 degrees Celsius, the material is continuously fed into the rotating inner cylinder via a screw or belt conveyor, and undergoes preheating, drying, pyrolysis, and deep carbonization sequentially in a closed, high-temperature environment. The combustible gases (carbon monoxide, methane, etc.)
generated during the carbonization process are recovered, purified, and recycled back to thecombustion chamber as a heat source, achieving heat self-sufficiency, significantly reducing external fuel consumption, and supporting 24-hour uninterrupted production.

Applicable Raw Materials:
This continuous carbonization furnace is suitable for all types of biomass, such as rice husks, sawdust, coconut shells, bamboo, nut shells, straw, palm fiber, olive pomace, etc.
Raw material size should be within 30mm and moisture content within 15%.
For materials with high moisture content or large dimensions, pretreatment with upstream drying and crushing equipment can be performed.
Fuel type:
Only a small amount of LPG is required for the initial 1–2 hour preheating stage. After normal production begins, all heating fuel comes from the self-produced syngas of the biomass raw materials, drastically reducing long-term fuel costs.
