Working principle：
Reliable Machinery horizontal charcoal make machine is highly efficient and energy-saving . Batch type: One day one batch , day time working night cooling; The furnace adopts high-temperature indirect pyrolysis technology above 500℃, the raw materials are uniformly heated within a fully sealed horizontal furnace chamber, sequentially completing drying, pyrolysis, and deep carbonization.
The volatile combustible gases generated during carbonization can be recovered and used for self-heating, significantly reducing external fuel consumption and achieving energy self-sufficiency
Equipped with a high-efficiency flue gas purification system: The combustible gas first passes through a water spray system where fine droplets remove tar, wood vinegar, and water vapour. Subsequently, a condenser removes moisture from the gas.
The purified combustible gas is then returned to the furnace base to complete the cycle.
The whole production process is smokeless, clean and environmentally friendly, fully compliant with industrial environmental standards.
Fuel Type:
It supports various preheating methods including wood, coal and natural gas. Only 40-60kg of natural gas is required for one preheating. After about 2 hours of initial preheating, the furnace enters self-circulating heating mode. It uses excess heat generated during carbonization to maintain constant temperature without additional energy consumption in subsequent production, effectively reducing long-term operating costs.
Carbonization Time
Under normal circumstances, preheating takes 1-2 hours, carbonization takes 6-8 hours, and cooling takes 10-12 hours. Higher moisture content results in a longer carbonization time.
